Training

You will be trained in all aspects of inn keeping from general operating procedures to the behind the scenes record keeping, reports and marketing. Your training will prepare you to own and operated top quality Queen's Residence B & B or small inn and to provide world class service to your guests.
Initial training covers some of the following areas:

Decor and furnishing of your inn
Construction/refurbishing
Hospitality
Menu selection and presentation
Care and cleaning of your inn
Reports and bookkeeping
Safety
Website updating

Ongoing telephone support is available to our franchisees as questions and needs arise. There will be yearly training seminars to keep you abreast of industry trends and an online forum to network and share best practices with your fellow QR franchisees.
